Are you an Orthodontic Dental Assistant looking for a rewarding position in the San Antonio, New Braunfels area? We have offices located throughout San Antonio, Texas and we are growing and adding to our team. Orthodontic Dental Assistant needed to work 3-4 per week and travel to 3 metro area offices. Premier Dental Center is looking for a dedicated, passionate team player to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an immediate opportunity to work at multiple locations, traveling with the team Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8a-5 pm throughout the San Antonio Metro market, including New Braunfels, Texas.

Office Hours

Tuesday- Wednesday and Thursday 8a-5 pm

Your role as an Orthodontic Assistant:
  • Preparing patients and treatment rooms for orthodontic treatment procedures
  • Sterilizing instruments, and proper cleaning of treatment rooms
  • Recording patients' medical and dental histories in Denticon
  • Assisting the Orthodontist as needed
  • Making preliminary impressions and fabricating custom impression trays, making retainers
  • Assisting with taking x-rays as needed
  • Scheduling patients for follow-up treatment and adjustment appointments
  • Checking patients in/out screening per COVID protocols
  • Delivering a distinctive patient experience in each interaction
  • Participation in team meetings on a monthly basis

  • A minimum of 6 months related dental and or orthodontic experience
  • Any required state specific licenses or certifications
  • A current CPR certification
  • An active X-Ray license
