Full-time, 5 days per week, Dental Patient Coordinator needed to travel between 5-6 General Dental offices located in the Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Littleton areas - must be flexible and willing to work where needed. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of people in different office settings! Our ideal Patient Coordinator is someone who has a passion for building relationships, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with patients of all demographics. The primary role of the Patient Coordinator is managing a smooth end-to-end patient scheduling experience and optimizing the doctors' schedules through scheduling patient treatment according to pre-set templates or the doctor's instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience both in person and over the phone
- Answer phone with a smile, make and encourage appointments - maintain Scheduling Institute Certification
- Make sure emergency patients are offered the immediate attention they are requesting
- Maintains a short notice "call list" to use in case of cancellations
- Ensures that patients wait no longer than 10 minutes before being seen
- Make sure the phone is answered within 3 rings
- Screening patients per our COVID recommended guidelines
- Collecting and posting payments for dental treatment
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Keeping patient areas, clean, stocked, and tidy before and at the end of each day

Requirements
- Good attitude and friendly demeanor
- Punctual and reliable
- 1 year in a dental receptionist/front office position is preferred but not required
- Denticon experience a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel between 5-6 locations
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
