Mile High Denture and Implant Center is currently hiring a full-time, Monday through Thursday, Dental Implant Sales and Treatment Consultant to travel between 2 of our locations in the Metro area, Westminster and Englewood. This is a full-time hourly position with a lucrative bonus plan.

Mile High Denture and Implant Centers are locally owned and operated since 1979, we're the original all-in-one dental and implant center serving Colorado. Each location has onsite dental labs, 3-D CT scanners, and a team of dental and implant specialists. We help each patient reclaim their dental health and confident smile! Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with potential patients to discuss our dental implant solution
  • Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process regarding their implant choice/solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current and future Mile High patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment
  • Using a sales CRM to track consults, and treatments and keeping in touch with patients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in Mile High to help educate them on the implant and all-on-four processes, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment
  • Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts, scheduling new patients for consults, and following up on email inquiry
  • Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals
  • Other duties as assigned, working closely with the operations team to drive revenue, new patient consults

  • Sales and negotiation skills in a medical and or surgical environment
  • Ability to travel to locations in Englewood and Westminster
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passion to deliver a high standard of care and patient experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong technical expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
